ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping, delivering, and evolving digital products for international and local clients. You will be responsible for both defining what we build and ensuring how we deliver it across cross-functional teams.

In this role, you will manage the full product lifecycle — from gathering business requirements and defining priorities, to planning execution, coordinating delivery, and ensuring successful outcomes.

Missions

  • Gather, analyze, and define business and user requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and clients
  • Define product vision, scope, and priorities aligned with business goals and delivery capacity
  • Translate business requirements into clear, structured tasks for development teams
  • Manage and maintain product backlog, ensuring continuous prioritization based on value and impact
  • Develop and maintain product roadmaps, delivery plans, and release schedules
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (developers, QA, designers, DevOps) to ensure smooth execution and delivery
  • Ensure end-to-end delivery of features from planning to deployment
  • Track progress against milestones, timelines, and delivery commitments
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and proactively drive mitigation strategies
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
  • Act as the main point of contact for international clients and stakeholders
  • Communicate progress, expectations, risks, and outcomes clearly and consistently
  • Ensure delivered products meet business requirements and quality standards
  • Leverage AI tools to improve product planning, documentation, estimation, and delivery efficiency
  • Identify and implement opportunities where AI can optimize workflows and product development processes
  • Support the adoption of AI-driven tools and practices within teams

Your Profile

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or hybrid IT delivery roles
  • Strong experience in outsourcing or client-facing software development environments is a strong advantage
  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product delivery processes
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycle and delivery execution
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, multi-project environments
  • Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving approach
  • Ownership mindset and ability to take responsibility for outcomes
  • Fluency in English, C1/C2 level English proficiency is required for direct communication with international clients, meetings, and documentation

Technical Stack

  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or similar productivity and development assistants
  • Understanding of how AI can be applied in product management, delivery optimization, estimation, and workflow automation
  • Experience or strong interest in AI-assisted product planning, documentation, and decision-making processes
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and basic technical concepts
  • Experience in outsourcing, consultancy, or agency-style delivery environments
  • Certifications in Product Management or Project/Agile methodologies (e.g., PMP, PSPO, CSM) are a strong advantage
  • Experience working with international clients
  • Experience working on enterprise-level, complex, or scalable digital products is a plus
