Teambuilding Adventures in Summer '24

Hey everyone! Let us tell you about the super fun day our BeeTeam had recently😍. We left our laptops behind and went on a big adventure combining history, nature, and fun in one day. Our journey took us from the ancient Amberd Fortress to a lively pool party, bringing us closer together and creating lasting memories. Want to see what made our day so fun? Keep reading😊!

Visiting Amberd Fortress

We started our day with a trip to Amberd Fortress, a structure that dates back to the 7th century. We had a tour guide who told us interesting stories about the fortress and its past which made our visit more meaningful. The air was so refreshing up there and the view was stunning, making it the perfect background for photos, as you can see below! Walking through the ruins, we felt inspired by the fortress’s strength and resilience.

Exploring Lake Kari

After exploring the fortress, we headed to Lake Kari, a stunning lake surrounded by mountains. We took a pleasant walk around it, appreciating the peaceful surroundings and breathtaking views. It was a relaxing and refreshing part of our day💛.

In between exploring nature, we found a beautiful spot to set up a picnic. The fresh air made our food taste extra yummy and it felt great to chat and laugh away from our usual work environment.

Fun at the Pool Party

Of course we loved the fortress and the historic part, but now it was time to dive into some modern fun! We headed back closer to the city for the second part of our adventure: a poolside party. The transition from historical exploration to modern relaxation was smooth and all of us were so thrilled to jump straight into the water. We played some exciting games with a ball, cups and collar, but the funniest one was called "tent walk." We had to walk across the pool inside a big tent. It seemed easy, but believe us it was not. We kept falling over and the game became the perfect mix of chaos and laughter😃!

A Perfect Ending

But wait, there's more! We played a pool version of Secret Santa we called "BeeWebian Costume Surprise." Each teammate had picked a funny outfit for someone else to wear. Beforehand, we drew names so everyone had a surprise ready. It was so fun watching each person open their gift and put on these silly outfits, like sunglasses, chicken costume and other crazy stuff. We couldn't stop laughing as we showed off our new looks around the pool😅.

As the day drew to a close, we gathered around a barbecue for a delicious meal. It was the perfect way to finish our outing, giving us more time to bond as a team.
