Yogi AI was created with a bold vision: to rethink how marketing ideas evolve into validated strategic concepts. Instead of relying on manual brainstorming cycles and fragmented validation processes, Yogi AI orchestrates multiple AI agents that simulate the roles of a marketing strategist, concept developer, insights manager, and CMO.

The platform captures an initial idea and brand inputs, performs structured strategic analysis, generates multiple concept routes, simulates synthetic qualitative feedback, ranks concepts through executive-style scoring, and outputs finalized concepts in Google Docs, PDF, and PowerPoint-ready formats.

We were responsible for building the web platform, orchestrating the AI workflows, integrating external tools (Google Docs, Google Slides, Gamma), and implementing a secure, scalable infrastructure that supports enterprise-level use.

The most significant challenge was the co-dependency of AI workflow steps.

    🔹 Each AI-generated output was not isolated, it directly influenced the next stage. For example:

    🔹 Strategic Analysis informed Concept Development.

    🔹 Concept outputs were used for Synthetic Feedback simulation.

    🔹 Feedback was passed to the CMO Evaluation stage.

    🔹 CMO scoring then influenced Optimization and Final Concept rewriting.

This created a tightly interdependent chain of AI commands. If one step produced an inconsistent or overly verbose output, it could negatively impact all downstream stages. Managing prompt consistency, output structure, token limits, and contextual continuity across multiple AI agents required careful orchestration.

Another complexity involved generating long-form outputs such as structured Google Docs and presentation-ready files, ensuring formatting consistency while maintaining AI-generated strategic depth.

To address AI co-dependency, we:

    🔹 Conducted extensive prompt engineering research

    🔹 Tested multiple chaining strategies for AI workflows

    🔹 Structured outputs in controlled JSON formats to ensure predictable downstream processing

    🔹 Implemented validation layers between steps to normalize and clean outputs before passing them forward

    🔹 Designed modular agent roles to maintain contextual integrity

We optimized the orchestration logic so that each stage consumed structured outputs from the previous one rather than raw text, reducing cascading inconsistencies.

Additionally, we integrated automated document generation pipelines that pass structured variables to Google Docs templates, Google Slides, Gamma. These tools return ready-made analyses and formatted presentations, allowing users to instantly download market-ready materials.

The project was completed over 6 months with a small team consisting of a Full Stack Developer and a Project Manager. Development followed an agile approach with daily progress reports, weekly client calls, structured sprint planning and continuous AI testing cycles. The Project Manager played a key role in aligning technical decisions with product vision, prioritizing features for V1.0 and ensuring delivery milestones were met.
