The app is designed with the patient in mind, making dental care more accessible, efficient, and transparent. Patients can easily find and book appointments with trusted dental clinics, connect with their dentists through virtual consultations, and manage payment options — all in one place. For clinics, Nine Dental App offers seamless integration with existing systems, helping to enhance practice efficiency and patient satisfaction.

One of the challenges was to make the front-end and back-end part work seamlessly together as we were handling only front-end and their back-end was written in PHP which made some inconsistencies with React Native but due to timely feedback we were able to address it properly. 

Besides that, there were some difficulties related to App Store submission- as it is a dental application Apple required additional documents to validate that company has the right to issue a healthcare application. But again we managed to solve it through coordinating Apple Support with the client's lawyer.

We assigned a Mobile Developer (React Native) and a UI/UX Designer from our side and a Project Manager to take care of app's successful delivery. We took on the project from scratch, starting from the logo and branding till UX flow and then development.

The app is now live and published on the App Store and we are continuously adding new features and expanding its functionality. Currently we are building virtual consultation feature with Zoom.
