They offer services in various therapeutic areas such as Oncology, Cardiovascular, Neurology  and offer flexible support models to match specific trial requirements. To keep up with their growing reputation and prepare for an upcoming industry event, Ebers Solutions needed a modern, animation-rich website that could effectively present their expertise.

There were not any notable challenges as it was a WordPress-based website and everything was quite straight-forward. But as there was so much focus on animations, it required much time and careful consideration. The client requested to have an animation replay once a user scrolled away and returned to a section. However, WordPress did not natively support the functionality and played the animation only once. Solving this required custom development beyond the standard capabilities of the CMS.

Another challenge arose with the contact form. Ebers Solutions relied on an Outlook-based business email, and configuring SMTP for reliable message delivery within WordPress proved to be more complex than expected. Additionally, the entire project had to be delivered within a tight timeframe, as the website needed to go live in time for a key industry event. Meeting this deadline required careful planning and close collaboration with the client.

We took on the website development from scratch, starting from the design phase to capture the company’s clean and data-focused brand identity. Using WordPress along with the Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) plugin, we built a custom theme that allowed the client to manage and update content with ease.

The animations were created in After Effects and implemented as JSON files. We addressed the animation replay issue through custom JavaScript code that triggered animations appropriately each time a user returned to a section. This solution maintained the interactive flow of the site and aligned with the original design intent. For the contact form, we implemented a secure and reliable SMTP configuration specifically for Outlook’s requirements.

Despite the tight deadline, we maintained a smooth workflow through weekly meetings and close communication with the Ebers Solutions team.

We took on this project with a dedicated team of a UI/UX Designer, WordPress Developer and Project Manager. We were closely collaborating with their team, having weekly meetings and discussing progress. The animations were designed and optimized for performance, the site structure was built for ease of navigation, and all technical integrations were handled to ensure stability. Despite the tight deadline, we managed to deliver the project on time due to our coordinated approach of project management.

Currently, the website is live serving as a digital reflection of their professionalism and innovation, with smooth animations and reliable functionality.
