Countless

Countless is designed for businesses to track their expenses, perform cost-benefit analysis and get financial insights. It also includes charts that visually present a cost-profit ratio. For example companies can view and analyze the cost spent for acquiring each client. It shows the actions taken for This data allows them to understand whether the costs were paid off. In this way business owners can make data-based decisions on how to reasonably invest their money to make their business more profitable.

One if the initial challenges was to fully understand their core business concept such as how it connects expenses to specific events, how it classifies different types of costs and how it links all this data together. This whole structure seemed pretty complicated at first and required thorough research.

To overcome this challenge, we closely conducted extensive research to understand the financial models used and the cost calculation needed. Then we developed a well-structured data model that accurately captured and represented the various financial transactions and events within the business.

Back in the time there were two separate products: Pascal and Countless, then Pascal was rebranded into Countless. We did this project from scratch, applied application logic, then a new partner came up and they decided to do a rebranding. A key component of the platform was the integration with Stripe, enabling seamless processing and analysis of user financial transactions. We dedicated a full stack developer for this project who took the head start of the project and built it from ground up. We had regular meetings with the client to take on new requirements and discuss ongoing progress.

Currently we are mainly working on the design and front-end part of the application. We improve the existing functionality and add new capablities on tracking expenses and analyzing financial performance.
