It’s been a while since the last time when we introduced our team members. Today, let’s meet up with our Digital Media and Communication Specialist Lilit, who brings great energy to our team.
We asked her some questions so you can get to know what it looks like to be a part of BeeTeam!
– Can you tell us a bit about yourself and your journey at BeeWeb?
Hello, My name is Lilit. It’s already two years I’m working at BeeWeb as Digital Marketer. When I got an offer to work in IT industry, I didn’t even know that I was going to explore something big for myself.
– What would you consider as your biggest achievement during your work and why?
My journey at Beeweb started with a great product “Salesnews”, which aimed to become an informative platform for all the latest sales, discounts, promotions and special offers. From strategy to execution, I did everything to accomplish our goal successfully. Now we have a larger reach and are continuing to grow.
Another my achievement is connected with my second project, which derived from SalesNews. Along with BeeTeam we came up with an idea to create our online store for baby clothing and after working on it for some time, we launched it under the brand “Balikis”. Now I am engaged in all processes of online store, and especially enjoy conversations with our Mom clients.
– What do you enjoy about the work you do?
I enjoy every aspect of my work, but if I should specify just one thing, then it is the joy of communication. Do you know what kind of satisfaction it is to make people happy?
As a Digital Marketer I constantly look for new ways to market products in an attempt to stay ahead of the herd. I like experimenting with applying new tactics and digital media strategies.
– Finally can you tell us what do you enjoy doing when you are not working?
1. My favorite hobby of choice is reading. I enjoy reading a book when I am free, especially I am keen on reading romantic novels. There is something special and indescribable in romance books.
2. In the list of my main hobbies, I would like to talk about my passion to football. For me there’s nothing like the excitement of watching your favorite team play.
3. So we all have favorite hobbies or sports right? I have three of them! And third one is drawing. I get motivated and have fun when I draw. It is something that lets you express your feelings, something that lets you be you.
