As a UI/UX Designer at BeeWeb, you’ll play a key role in shaping the look, feel, and usability of our digital products. You will transform complex ideas into intuitive and engaging experiences, ensuring that design meets both business objectives and user needs.

Missions

  • At least 2 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer in IT or digital product development
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects
  • Using AI tools (e.g., Uizard, Figma AI features)
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and usability best practices
  • Experience with user research and usability testing methods
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
  • Detail-oriented, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and interaction design
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Your Profile

  • Design user-friendly interfaces that enhance overall user experience
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders throughout the product life cycle
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and validate design solutions
  • Ensure brand consistency and visual quality across all platforms and products
  • Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, design tools, and technologies
  • Translate business and user requirements into creative, innovative, and functional design solutions
  • Advocate for the user, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity in all designs
