ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Full Stack Developer, you will take ownership of building and scaling modern web applications end-to-end.
You’ll work closely with clients, product teams, and engineers to design, develop, and deploy scalable solutions using modern technologies and cloud infrastructure.
We are looking for someone who is not limited to a single layer of development, but can independently contribute across frontend, backend, databases, and cloud environments while maintaining strong communication with international clients.

Missions
• Build and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and high-performance APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate directly with clients to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Design and optimize database schemas and application architecture.
• Work with cloud infrastructure and deployment environments.
• Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best engineering practices.
• Continuously improve application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Contribute proactively to technical decisions and product improvements.
Your Profile
Must-Have Skills
• 3+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
• Strong experience with React and Node.js / NestJS.
• Solid understanding of SQL databases, especially PostgreSQL.
• Good understanding of cloud technologies and modern deployment environments.
• Experience building scalable REST APIs and backend services.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and modern development principles.
• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• English proficiency at B2+ level or higher (written and spoken) — client communication is required.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of features/projects.
Nice to Have
• Experience with Next.js.
• Experience with MongoDB and GraphQL.
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Familiarity with AI-powered developer tools (Claude, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.).
