We’re looking for a Growth/B2B Marketing Specialist who thinks like a business owner and understands how marketing drives pipeline and revenue.

Your goal is simple (but not easy):
Turn BeeWeb’s expertise, case studies, and AI tools into qualified leads and long-term growth.
This role is not about posting for visibility — it’s about building a predictable marketing engine for an IT outsourcing company.

Experience in B2B marketing (IT, SaaS, or outsourcing is a big plus)
Strong understanding of IT outsourcing / outstaffing dynamics
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
LinkedIn marketing experience (organic + paid)
Experience with AI tools in marketing workflows
🔹Big Plus If You Have
Worked with startups or tech founders
SEO and GEO experience / beyond basic keywords
Understanding of long sales cycles and trust-based selling
Your Profile
Build and optimize B2B marketing funnels (TOFU → MOFU → BOFU)
Align marketing activities with sales and business goals
Track performance: MQLs, SQLs, conversion rates, pipeline impact
Own LinkedIn growth for the BeeWeb business pages
Turn case studies into high-conversion stories (not “feature lists”)
Repurpose content across channels efficiently
Use AI tools to accelerate content, SEO, ads, and workflows
Plan and manage LinkedIn Ads (organic + paid synergy)
Build trust-driven campaigns (reviews, expertise, case studies)
Set up retargeting and decision-maker focused funnels
Optimize service pages, case studies, and blogs for SEO
Collaborate on landing pages that convert traffic into leads
