We’re looking for a proactive B2B Business Development Representative to drive outbound lead generation, build meaningful relationships, and create new business opportunities in international markets.

🔹Experience & Skills

Identify and research target companies, ICPs, and decision-makers
Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and prospecting
Qualify leads and book meetings for the sales/leadership team
Maintain CRM hygiene and track outreach performance
Collaborate with marketing on messaging and campaigns
Continuously test and improve outreach strategies



🔹Big Plus If You Have
Worked with startups or tech founders
SEO and GEO experience / beyond basic keywords
Understanding of long sales cycles and trust-based selling

Your Profile

Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented mindset

Experience selling IT outsourcing or SaaS services

1–2 years of experience in B2B  sales, lead generation, or business development

Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Fluent English (C1+), Russian is a plus

Experience writing outreach messages or content

Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo
