ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a proactive B2B Business Development Representative to drive outbound lead generation through multiple outreach channels, build meaningful relationships, and create new business opportunities in international markets.

Missions
- Managing inbound and outbound conversations with potential clients, maintaining professional communication, qualifying opportunities, and nurturing relationships until the CTO/discovery call stage
- Creating engaging content to introduce the company’s case studies, highlighting the client’s challenges, BeeWeb’s solutions, and measurable results in a compelling storytelling format for social media, website, founder page, and sales materials.
- Researching prospects and running personalized outbound outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
- Working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools
- Understanding technical services and effectively communicating business value to clients

Your Profile
Experience in IT outsourcing, software services, or SaaS sales
Experience in B2B business development, lead generation, and managing client communication throughout the early sales cycle
Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented mindset
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fluent English (C1+), Russian is a plus
Experience writing outreach messages or content
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo
